No Refunds on Subscription Plans

All subscription fees paid to MarketCentral for access to our platform's services, tools, and features are non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased and activated, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Non-usage of services.
• Cancellation before the subscription term expires.
• Inconvenience or dissatisfaction with platform features.

No Refunds on Invoices and Transactions

Transactions processed through the MarketCentral platform, including payments, invoices, or any other financial exchange facilitated by us, are non-refundable. As MarketCentral is a marketplace solution without commission or middlemen involvement, the financial agreements between buyers and sellers are directly their responsibility. We are not liable for any disputes or refund claims arising between marketplace users.

Vendor and Product Discrepancies

MarketCentral does not guarantee the quality, quantity, or condition of products displayed, sold, or exchanged via our platform. It is the responsibility of vendors to fulfil their customer obligations. Refunds related to product defects, delays, or inventory discrepancies are subject to each vendor's policies and MarketCentral holds no liability for such transactions. Any claim or request for a refund must be handled directly with the respective vendor.

Non-Refundable Digital Services

As a digital service provider, all services offered by MarketCentral, including website management, social media integration, order processing tools, and inventory management, are considered final and non-refundable once rendered. By using our platform, you acknowledge that service delivery begins immediately after payment, and as such, refund requests will not be entertained once services are activated.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription to MarketCentral at any time. However, all payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable, and access to paid services will remain available until the end of the subscription term. There will be no refunds for partial periods or unused services.
